Songbird is an opensource music player which offers a number of features that make it an appealing alternative to music players like iTunes. It will enable users new ways to playback, manage, and discover music, Flickr photos, YouTube videos, last.fm biographies, Google news and more. Songbird include a feature called mashTape which will automatically pull together the relevant content for each song you play, using sources like YouTube and Flickr.
