The growing presentation of the sport to a global audience has given birth of cheerleading oriented social networking site, the new website called “Squads” which aim to give cheerleaders and dancers a place where they could socialize with other teammates, coaches, dancers, cheerleaders and squads across the world, and view the live webcasts of cheerleading events, Squads will be also good place to reconnect with old acquaintances. Cheerleading generally involves cheering, supporting, and “boosting up” the participants and crowd at football games, basketball games, wrestling, acrobatics, training sessions, camps and tournaments.
Over the last decade, cheerleading has become more popular which has made it a prominent feature in high-school themed movies, the television shows also started featuring cheer classes and sponsoring squads.. I think there must be some reason like the participants need motivation and inspiration on sports teams at games and matches for physical fitness, flexibility, coordination and teamwork. Movies like “Bring It On” and “Chak de” ( Hindi Movie ) became surprise hit because it was cheerleaders inspired movie. Okay, Squads has recently done a webcast of the Spirit Celebration Fall Festival held in Denton, TX on November 16th. Over 25,000 people watched online as cheerleaders tumbled, stunted and cheered their way to first place.
Justin Carrier, co-author of “Complete Cheerleading” and NCA/NDA-Executive director ( strategic development) announced the creation of the International All-Levels Championship, where the winner will be chosen from competitors in a web broadcast of the event. Cheercasting through such goal-oriented social website will greatly help millions of teammates, coaches and cheerleading Squad worldwide.

Nice post, my assumption is something like this “The entire Sport World is directly linked to ethical leadership” therefore it’s obvious to build character and professional skills while practicing.
