The documentary Sweetgrass (directed by Ilisa Barbash & Lucien Castaing-Taylor) is an official selection at the New York Film Festival ‘09, a verse of historical event of summer 2003 when a group of shepherds flock sheep though the Beartooth Mountains of Montana in preparation for market. It was a journey of almost 300 kilometers through expansive green valleys, gusty winds, deep snow by fields of snow, and across hazardous, narrow ridges – a journey brimming with challenges.
The aging shepherds do their very best to keep the hundreds of sheep together, It’s no easy journey that require shielding the sheep and themselves across the deep forest to protect them from bears and wolves hungry for defenseless prey.

Old Partner playfully and lovely tale of friendship between an unlikely duo- the story of the indescribable bond between Mr Lee and his ox, a 30-year old friendship that goes beyond owner and pet. It is likely that when the farmer pass away, the ox will soon follow him into the afterlife. Old Partner is an unusual and heartwarming film about the power of friendship between humans and animals, neither time nor civilization can stop their companionship, a timeless themes of feelings, aging, illness, loss, and loyalty.

The South Korean independent documentary ‘Old Partner’ by director Lee Chung-ryou is an official selection at Sundance.

Art & Copy is a new documentary directed by Doug Pray tribute to legendary creative people in advertising where the charismatic advertisers share the process through which they made their most iconic ads, for example the pop touchstones like “Just Do It” the simple word that became simply powerful which tap into the fitness craze! The documentary is scheduled to be screened at the next Sundance Film Festival.

Examined Life is the documentary on philosophy by Astra Taylor which reveal power to transform the way we see the world around us and imagine our place in it. The documentary covers original thinking by eight diverse intellectuals on the streets, sidewalks and roadside paths.

Validation is a short film about the ability to look for the best in people. Using free parking with validation to reinforce the power of positivism, the 16-minute film shot in black and white and stars TJ Thyne as a parking validation attendant who has prevalence to see the best in people. His inherent ability to compliment strangers and validate them to uplift their spirits is quite inspiring. The short film is getting a lot of attention for good reason and won many awards.
