Kisses (Official selection for festivals like Toronto and Telluride) written and directed by Lance Daly, follows the innocence of two Irish kids (Shane Curry and Kelly O’Neill) who run away from home at Christmas and spend a wild night in nearby Dublin. Kylie lives with five other siblings and her overworked mother and the next door, Dylan lives in the shadow of an alcoholic father and the memory of an elder brother who ran away from home two years earlier. Both are destitute of life and try to gain maturity through life experience facing the illusion and panic on the streets of inner-city of Dublin.

Odeon, “The largest chain of cinemas in Britain, installing 3D projection technology in its theaters, these new projectors will deliver 3D images at a resolution of 2K (2,048×1,080 pixels). Many cities in the UK will now be able to project the new 3D movies from Hollywood because major Hollywood Studios embracing 3D digital rollout.
Possibly these 3D projectors are geared towards newer, mainstream audiences but HDTV has already very good market that’s providing better home entertainment systems, not sure but still 3D projection seems to be less attractive for mainstream audience.
